Specialized Management Systems (SMS) was created in 2021 by Owners David and Deysi Robb.
SMS focuses exclusively on Manufactured Housing and RV Parks. We identified a need for professional property management services in these asset spaces. SMS specializes in owner income generation and lot in fill as well as caring for residence creating a safe, clean and pleasant living environment.
SMS provides third party management for park owners. We can assist in every aspect of park management from expansion and infrastructure to home infills and sales.
